58 posts · Joined 2012. #24 · Oct 9, 2013. fuel pump will be relay controlled which the ecm turns on, there is a couple second prime when key is turned on and once an rpm signal is sent to ecm fuel pump runs constantly. it's likely you have a poor ground to ecm, just need to rule that out first then go from there.Nov 11, 2019 · 4. Apr 23, 2022 · 2016 1000 turns over but wont start. Replaced fuel pump, spark plugs, coils, crank sensor. I'm at a lost. Fuses good, relays good. No sputter while cranking. I was out on the trails.
